Lee Berry built Bearforth after leading sustainability and supplier programs at Amazon, Chewy, and Microsoft. He has worked inside the companies now asking suppliers for emissions data. He knows where the process breaks.

Large companies can measure their own operations. Their suppliers often cannot. Small businesses are asked for data they do not have. The available tools are too expensive. The process takes time and staff they do not have. Bearforth turns the financial and operational data companies already maintain into traceable climate and emissions reporting.

Lee's career has taken him from boardrooms to courtrooms to war rooms. He brings more than 20 years of leadership across sustainability, law, operations, and public service. He holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Industrial & Systems Engineering, and a Master of Strategic Studies. He is a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, a combat veteran, and a recipient of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Mike Green builds enterprise software for environments where the system has to work. He is the co-founder of Sirrus7, an enterprise technology firm that has delivered for organizations across finance, travel, and government, including Expedia and Wells Fargo.

He brings more than 25 years of enterprise software experience to Bearforth. Mike designs deterministic systems. Each output can be traced to the input, logic, and data that produced it. That is the technical foundation of Bearforth. Every reported figure can be traced to its underlying transaction, emissions factor, and methodology.

His work includes a full rebuild and deployment of a national system across all 50 states in eight weeks. The project had been 15 months behind schedule. He also applied AI across more than 600 code repositories to replace a projected 60-year manual remediation effort for a major wireless carrier.
